Δ What is the package of natural stone?

We usually use fumigated wooden or paywood skids to pack our premium quality stones. Sometime use wooden pallets only to save the cost as requested.

Δ What quality we can get?

We all know there are imperfections in stones like crack lines, material variation, color veins and spots. Quality are different because of material and production. Our sale person will make it clear for customers before confirming the orders

Δ What is the delivery time?

We usually finish a container order within 2 weeks. For the larger order, 1st week is preparing time, then 15 - 20 containers per week after that.

Δ How to make sure best freight rate to destination port?

FOB China port is the most popular term in exporting and importing business. We are cooperating with some big shipping company like MSC, ONE and MSK with lowest freight rate in some shipping lines. Customers could compare the rate and decide FOB or CIF.

Δ Can you have a door to door service?

No problem. We are supplying the one stop service.

Δ Can you make the custom size orders?

Yes, we could do custom orders for small or large project. Customers have to send the CAD drawings for architctural products.

Δ How do you guarantee your quality?

We confirm the quality standard with customers before ordering by layout material. Quality inspectors will check every piece stone during packing. We promise to bear the loss for customers because of our quality problem.

Δ How to tracking the status of orders?

We usually send pictures of whole processing to customers. You will see production, unfinished products, packing, quality controlling and loading container of each order.
