Quality Control System is one of most important part in Honstone. We all know almost all natural stone have it's own imperfections. To meet the unique and stable premium quality demand from customer, we are arranging our strick quality assurance processes.

Production Control

All our production employees are well-skilled to cutting and making our natural stone products. They usually reject poor slabs with broken, crack or color problems during processing.It will be helpful to reduce the percentage of defects.

Quality Control

Before mass production, our QC team make clear quality standard with processing workers, and help them to select reasonable blocks and slabs. They usually check products in whole production end to find all potential quality problem in advance. Before packing, quality inspectors will layout some material to confirm the quality of each order and then arrange strictly piece and piece checking.

Package Control

Not unlike quality of stone, package is also important in quality system.Poor packages may demage our premium stone and even a company credit. Our quality inspectors will control the min thickness and width of all woodens on crates. We are making sure all crates are fumigated, clean and safe for shipment.

Loading Control

We are loading all containers by our forklift in Qingdao port.The loading supervisor will make sure forklift working carefully and crates loaded reasonable in container. Then fix the packages after loading if necessary. We usually send at least 4 loading pictures of each container for customers
